Meadow Center — Local services in Norwich

I have been going to this facility for quite some time now. I have 2 doctors there and I am very happy with the Dr.'s I have seen but never have I ever seen such disorganized, disrespectful accusational or unprofessional dentists! Time after time, I have had nothing but problems with a couple of them. Allowing a dentist to make accusations to a client that their teeth are rotting out because they are a drug user! Are you kidding me?? Who the heck is this dentist, and why is she still there?? That client has been clean and sober for 19 years! How about she go downstairs for counseling again because the dentist triggered her PTSD and now wants to use it again? The fact that any professional dentist can get away with not only that but also pulling teeth when they don't need to be done, working on a tooth and ruining it to say there is nothing they can do about it, even yet, telling that person that she will not fix the mistake that she created, fitting her for a bridge and the bridge broke when she bit down, so she wanted to glue it back on. Wow! I'm certainly surprised at such a bug organization as this, can be so mean. Please hire people who will help people...

ShopRite has the worst customer service on the planet I mean I'm from New York and I know I've seen some really bad customer service but ShopRite in Norwich Takes the Cake! The rudest people they treat you like you're a criminal and you got to make sure you check the receipt they got the things all over the place you don't even know whether you're getting your discounts or not and try to get the $0.30 back it's like it's like you ask them is the end of the world to get your $0.30 back worst worst worst Supermarket ever...

This center just looks old and run down. I was going to Backus/Hartford lab. Fast service. Well set up. I had used the hair cut business and got a horrible haircut and was not happy with attitude of person cutting my hair. Never went back. Now using Hair Cuttery and so happy with it.
