Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Novato

Since I moved to this neighborhood in 2004, this Jack In The Box has always had unprofessional people working there, sloppy food put together by incompetent workers and want to charge for every condiment. I had not been to this place since 2019 and today I gave it one more try. Chicken strips were fine. Jumbo Jack with cheese was ok. My six tacos were so sad. I could count the lettuce with one hand and the cheese was half hanging out of the tacos. Forget the quality of the food. I asked if I could get a couple of ranch packets for my five piece chicken strips. They told me no. They could only give me one packet for five piece. I asked if I can get 30 packets of hot sauce because I use five packets per taco. They said no, we can only give you one packet per taco. I asked if I could pay extra so I can enjoy my food the way I want and they said no. Ugh! I can't believe how some people wake up everyday to work at a place like this and talk to paying customers like this. What a horrible living. Anyways, I'm NEVER going back to this Jack In The Box EVER!!! You think your life is tough. Pay a visit to this Jack place and you'll feel better...

The staff is very pleasant and friendly, the food served was a lot better than I recall jack in the box having, though I had not been to a Jack in many years. Perhaps the chain has made effort to upgrade the food, regardless, this particular restaurant reflects that effort and the burgers and breakfast food were all quite appetizing and fresh tasting. There was a fluffy character to the eggs, atypical for your usual fastfood breakfast fare. Burgers were juicy and dripping with condiments. Milk shake machine was working 100% of the time over the course of 3 days that I had various meals. Plenty of parking, rest rooms were unusually clean. The inside has relatively little seating, but was adequate for their volume of business. I did not witness it ever get "crowded" and longest wait time was at lunch with drive thru full and 2 customers ahead of me, so in other words, 5 minutes to order, 5 minutes until food, ...

I ordered here last night from DoorDash, spent $45 on the food was ready fast dasher was here super quick. Where the food was being delivered was not even 5 minutes from Jack & when I received my food everything was definitely super hot!

Sadly opening both bags , the monster taco order was poorly packaged , oily then usual , the spicy Jack chicken wrap was poorly put together as well at my BUTTERYJACK BURGER!
