Five Senses Escape Rooms — Local services in Novi

Let me start by saying this room is absolutely worth your time. If that's all the confirmation you need, just go; don't even think about it, you'll love it. For those who want more information, read on.

I'm fairly experienced with escape rooms and live in Nashville, Tennessee, so I've been lucky enough to visit larger AAA escape rooms. Five Senses blows away most, if not all, of these rooms with a new and refreshing take on how they should be built.

The moderators are able to adjust the difficulty level at the touch of a button, so regardless of your experience or age, you'll have a good time. The puzzles themselves seem natural and familiar, once you figure them out, and you won't have many situations were you're sitting at one thing for ages.

The theme they went for with their premiere room is encompassing, fun, and a bit nerdy. As a geek myself, I went crazy over the attention to detail, silly sci-fi references, arcade pieces, and heavily enjoyed talking over some of the ideas they had with the room, post-finish.

That's another thing: this room is run by it's creators, and boy, does it really feel like this was a labor of love. If it ever becomes a chain, I will gladly try their new rooms, and you should too (especially if they open something around the Nashville area! Haha).

If you're looking for a truly fun, and memorable experience, I would highly recommend this escape room. My family and I saw this place and it's reviews and had to check it out since it had so many 5 stars.

This is not your usual escape room where you're simply locked/trapped in a room and need to do a bunch of random puzzles to find a way out. This is an experience that really immerses you into the story/mission where the creators really try to make the puzzles seamlessly align with the setting and don't feel randomly thrown in. The lighting, sounds, and visuals really add to the overall feel and you really think you're in a spaceship!

They also provide 3 different levels of challenge for the room for those who want a real challenge or if they're new to escape rooms.

Another plus is that your experience of the adventures starts as soon as you walk inside the building where the employees prepare you for launch.

I can honestly say, I don't think I have any cons for this place. Will absolutely be coming back for the opening of their next room...

A love letter to 80’s sci-fi and a blast to find my way through! 10/10 would highly recommend to someone looking for some fun, or a nerd looking to flex his trivia knowledge

The room was so much higher quality than all the other rooms I’ve solved previously, and this one is the best by far! I notice that other rooms have themes, but they don’t stick to it as well as this one. While other escape rooms have padlocks in the amazon, this feels like a true outer space adventure with set pieces that look like they came straight out of star trek. For fellow nerds/geeks, you’ll find tons of easter eggs that not only richen your experience, but also immerse you in the world!
