She called me so I could hear the other bowl options she had in stock and made it easy for me to return the bowl I had already received, and she sent out my new bowl the same day. I ordered 2 bowls and received them yesterday. One is the new master singing bowl, and the other is the heart sutra singing bowl. They are both beautiful to look at, but unfortunately, the heart sutra bowl is not playing very nicely due to having a fawl in the inner ring of the bowl. I can tell it would sound beautiful if not for this issue, but with this issue, it lets off a vibration that lasts approximately 8 seconds after being rung, and it does not sound pleasant. UPDATE: The company insists these flags are cotton which they are NOT. I sew and design sewing patterns professionally. I know the difference between cotton and blends. They also claim to have provided a refund but ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND. This company is a rip-off. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered prayer flags that are listed as being made of cotton. They are definitely polyester. Did the burn test on a few loose threads and they bead right up like plastic. Cotton makes ash. Sent them the photos by email. Tried to review the item and add photos on the website and I get a thanks-for-the-review message but so far no review has posted. The company phone doesn't work. Rings once and goes dead air. Been calling for a couple of hours. The package arrive taped up by the post office and marked "arrived damaged". I want a return and refund but can't reach the company. I recently stumbled upon this wonderful organization’s site, during an unexpected hospital stay. Having experienced a near-death situation, I decided to finally begin my journey into the study of Buddhism.

This shop has all the tools one would need, to start or continue their quest for enlightenment. And I personally appreciate that the items sold are directly from the region of the Himalayas. Take the incense, for example…it is obvious to me that it has no added fragrances, as can often be found with incense produced here in the West. True, authentic, Eastern products is what you receive when you buy from the crew at Dharma Shop.
