We chose the tomato broth because it is the gluten-free option, and it was perfection. I was so excited to hear Chubby Cattle open in Michigan. I have been to Chubby Cattle in a few other places from the West Coast so I know they have very high quality beef wagyu. There are multiple options you can choose from and we went with the Gold Tier today. It came with unlimited Wagyu and seafood. There are food options from the bar. Unlimited drink and delicious milk tea. I was happy they added Tom Yum and Tomatoes broth flavor because they didn't have that in California. The brothes are amazing. Meat of course is delicious. Overall the restaurant is clean and beautiful. Usually after I eat hotpot from other places in Michigan my clothes and my hair smell bad after but it didn't happen here. Absolutely loved my experience at Chubby Cattle Wagyu Shabu House! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was stunning — warm lighting, beautiful décor, and a welcoming front desk team that made us feel taken care of right away.

The food was outstanding. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and high quality — from the thinly sliced beef to the vegetables, seafood, and dim sum. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the variety of ingredients made the entire meal so enjoyable.
