Highly unethical people. They sell grains through social media contacts across the country. They cheat their customers or short change them, yet insist they are correct. On top of that, as seen in other reviews they ask : "do you know who we are?" Who cares who you are. We come for your prodcuts grown by hard working, underpaid farmers in Thirunelveli. You overprice them and sell them here, and claim you are doing society a favor. They can come after me if they want to. I will certainly contact the Sec of State in MI, the Health dept. Also call APHIS at USDA since their rice can carry the khapra beetle according to them. They also do not collect sales taxes on their grain purchases. Would love to seem them in court speaking their broken language

3. Since the lockdown was just lifted, the USDA APHIS-PPG has returned by call. A Spec Agent is coming and I will give them sample of the rice. It has your packaging. You Atlanta distributor told us to to put it in the fridge as, you dont used pesticides and therefore might have beetles.
4. We used to buy your grains because they use NO pesticide or fertilizer, so the khapra beetle is possible. But since you have increased the stakes or upped the ante, I WILL FILE MY COMPLAINT with the APHIS. (unless you want to back off)

Customer service from younger gentleman sucks. We went on Monday evening for Idlys. We were not greeted, not asked if we want water to drink and charged a whopping $1 per extra small chutney. Idly, sambar and chutney was fantastic but they really need to upgrade on customer service!

2nd review: It is unfortunate that the owner cannot take constructive feedback from a customer. After I posted my first review which clearly states their food was good but customer service was poor and not satisfactory he somehow searched online and sourced my work number and called me and threatened to call Small business bureau and take legal actions against me. Rather than trying to understand why me and my family had a poor experience he behaved unprofessionally. Hence forth I will not be getting anything from this place or even...
