When visiting this store we were greeted by a nice young Hawaiian lady that was extremely helpful. Upon choosing one of their larger artworks, we inquired about shipping. She stated they do ship but was interrupted by an older lady (owner maybe) stating they only ship the smaller pieces. We asked about boxing and packing. The younger lady stated they may be able to help as the older lady shook her head no. We left to research logistics and packing. Upon returning two days later to purchase the piece we were met by the same two ladies. Asking the younger lady if they had a scale for weight, she happily obliged with some reluctance from the older lady. We stated that we would return upon leaving the area after shopping to get the piece at that time. We returned once again to purchase the piece and were only met by the older lady. As I decided to look around to see if I wanted to add to the purchase the lady rudely ask if we would like to make the purchase or not. At this point we were so unhappy with her customer service that we left. I feel bad for the young lady working with/for someone like this. I unfortunately will not return for any reason.
