Very few of the sea shells they sell are from Hawaiian waters (despite their misleading claims) and even fewer are ethically collected. The vast majority are live-harvested from overseas, likely India and/or the Philippines, then slowly dried out to kill and remove the critter inside which created the shell. (National Geographic did an eye-opening article on the sea shell tourist trade, if you want to Google it.) If you see something here that makes a cute souvenir and you are fine with the true backstory, then go for it. But if you are searching for a keepsake that is actually from Hawaii... or something ethically collected......
