I’ve tried a couple of places in the north shore (fumis, big wave, jennys & Giovanni) for shrimp and camaron shrimp truck is my favorite so far! First, unlike the others, their shrimp is peeled, has a more cream base and they offer a pasta option. The garlic butter shrimp did not skimp on the garlic. It was seasoned well and I like that there was enough sauce to eat with the rice. Mmm. The shrimp is also fairly big as well. The pasta was delicious! Love the slices of garlic. Creamy, not heavy & flavored just right. The owners are sweet as well! They do close earlier than the other food trucks so keep that in mind. Read moreThis was my last meal on vacation in Hawaii :( Sad because I had to leave but glad because it was delicious! We got the spicy shrimp, it came with rice, corn, salad. I have stopped expecting spicy to be spicy because people's tolerances vary but this didn't disappoint! It was actually a little spicy! The corn was a nice addition and haven't seen that much in plate lunches. I am not sure if the orchid flower is edible but it made the box look so presentable!
