This place takes advantage of people with insulting and idiotic fees that have nothing to do with the service being provided. As if being charged a $5 fee for scheduling with a particular stylist wasn’t insulting enough, I was informed today that this fee is now going up to $10. TEN DOLLARS on top of your service just for requesting the same stylist and opting not to go by luck of the draw. This is a slap in the face and an insult to people who actually work for their money. As if the economy wasn’t bad enough, now you have businesses like this GOUGING people for things that have nothing to do with the services being provided. It’s like going to a restaurant and being charged a $10 service fee on your bill because you didn’t let the waiter pick what you ate. Absolutely ludicrous, preposterous and downright incredulous. They should feel much shame for this scandalous and greedy business practice. It’s a real shame too because I actually really like the person who was cutting my hair here. Sorry, you’re not getting any more...
Read moreI got the most traumatic haircut from this place by Sue. My hair is uneven, Layers look super weird and choppy. It took me years to grow out my hair and I was finally happy until I got this haircut.
First, She cut my hair dry before I got washed. It was very questionable but I trusted the process. My hair is thick and long. She started cutting my front layers first before the bottom length. I had so many questions but didn’t ask. Again, I trusted the process. The dry cut made it very choppy and uneven. She kept cutting to make it even but it only made my hair shorter. It ended up being 3 inches off…😢
Second, I was sitting in her chair for 1hr and 45min. We missed our restaurant reservation… All I wanted was a quick haircut. She said I have difficult hair and that shows she’s not experienced.
My hair never looked like this before. I’m so stressed out looking at my hair everyday in the mirror. I lost so much of confidence. I don’t even feel like myself anymore. Now I have to get it fixed and soon it will be...

When getting in; you may have to wait for your stylist to meet with you. They always have great calming music to settle your nerves, not to mention it always smells amazing in there. They are so kind. The stylist I usually go to is Kou. This time I met with a lady.. I believe her name was Sue. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I had been thinking of and what color I was thinking.
