Worst company ever. I had a long long review written but of course, it was too long.

From mold, to repairs not done. To neighbors renovating their nasty homes and causing bugs and mice in our home and Sarah refuses to pay. Harassing and discrimination at its finest.

Rude, unprofessional and down right liars.

Called me in Jan to tell me my home I rent is no longer available for rent. I either needed to purchase the home or find elsewhere to live. I was extremely annoyed and upset. I asked over and over, "your telling me I have to buy a home that's falling apart, fill of mold, that your aware of bc you guys keep painting over it." Never make repairs it needs or has needed prior to me but yet now I have to buy it or move. And write a letter 30 days prior to me leaving stating why I'm leaving even though they were telling me to leave or buy.

I find a new place, write and my letter and behild...5 days to me moving, Sarah calls saying I can't leave until my lease is up. I get extremely upset due to the fact if they would have never told me in Jan to find a new residence I wouldn't have looked to move elsewhere. My rent was paid up to April 1st when I said I'd be out with my 4 children.

I applied for renters help bc now I have 2 places to pay for and Sarah gool refused to respond to the goverment emails to receive the payments April 24th she sent me to court for eviction and missed rent.

I have mold reports, pictures of mold and damages when I moved in and while there. Shes rude. Ignorant and just unprofessional.

Refuses to give you corporate number or email. Worst company to rent from! She will harassing you with letters and notes on your door. Ignore calls and emails though. Violate and pick at you over a fire pit when MULTIPLE people have the exact same kind.

Don't do it!!! They seem nice but its all fake to get you in and screw you over. By the reviews I bet I won't get my deposit back.

Edit** my review is accurate despite what the new owners think. Lol and do not know. What a wonderful way to respond when you just bought a horrible company and the fired Sarah. Finally. However this review is very accurate and I have all the documents to prove it. Give me my money back since...

Edited - and yet again i get another notice the rent is once again increasing... they have now raised my pad rent to 406$ per month and they dont even do anything to help with the land in which that 406$ goes towards..

I have lived here for years now.. purchased my mobile home with cash and rent ont he lot was cheap.. I now pay almost 400$ per month to have a corner lot single-wide paid for mobile home... they send out notices constantly about yards being mowed but rarly maintian anything but the front lawn themselves and buzz over everything else.. for 387$ per month I really feel that I am being ripped off every-time I pay my rent.. I have spent hundreds trying to grow grass only to grow mushroom because of the horrible irrigation. I feel the park is trying to push out owners and take there homes by constantly raising rent so they can then take there homes for nickles on the dollar and then rent them out instead of just renting the lot..

I truly feel that for 400$ a month just for a lot big enough to park maybe one car between the next house I should have grass in my yard out front if not someone cutting it...

Dont worry they will give you cheap rent at first and then just keep raising the rates every so often while they claim its to build a new crappy kids park or something to do with the rediculas pool that is always closed..

Heck they even charge me for my dogs to live in the house the i purchased seperate now.. I guess that's for them pooping in the yard that I pay 400$ a month for and they do nothing to...

Updated review 11/6/24: So, I'm honestly apauled at how the management is here now. It used to be so much better when Mark & Sarah were in there!! Now, it seems like they will hire anyone.. not good ones either. We have continuously had major issues with our trailer and NOTHING has been actually done about it. They send people to "fix" the problem, but they don't actually fit it.

It's expensive and gets more expensive the longer you stay. So sad to see that this place (being one of the nicer parks in the area) is going to shit. Just like a job,the work can be fine.. It's the people who ruin it. And that's what's happened here. We wanted to stay and maybe even change trailers, so this one could be properly fixed.but I doubt they would even do that. So what a shame.. off to somewhere else I guess.

Btw if you are month to month now, like we are. They will only give you about 1-2 WEEKS notice to vacate the premise if you pay your rent late. We were ONE day late. Still paid the fee too and I still got a letter on my door. Sorry but it just feels incompetent to me. They should be double checking these things.
