Ordered a curbside pickup for myself via the app, showed no wait (available in an estimated 10mins). Something new is that you reply to their text at arrival and then a bounce back message confirms that they know you are outside waiting (cuts down on phone calls I guess). I parked 10mins after ordering, did the text, and proceeded to see multiple customers walk in, order, and come back with food and I'm still waiting. Frustrated, after 20 minutes I call the store and inquired about my food. The girl on the phone said they didn't get my text but she would bring my food out right away. She did, but unfortunately it had been sitting for 20 minutes and was now cold when I got it home to eat it. Please work on your ordering system... I've tried both curbside and carryout multiple times and the food is never ready when estimated. I've waited in line too, but that's no better as the online orders pile up and the people standing in line don't get served promptly.

I visited this Qudoba on a Saturday evening around 7.15 PM, and while I usually enjoy their food, this visit was disappointing. We had to wait 20 minutes for a crispy taco shell to be prepared, which felt excessive, especially during peak dinner hours. To make matters worse, they had run out of vegetables, which was surprising given that they still had two hours until closing at 9:30 PM. The food, once we received it, was tasty and fresh as always, but the lack of basic ingredients and the long wait time really took away from the experience. For a restaurant that closes at 9:30 PM, it’s concerning that they’d run out of essentials like veggies and taco shells so early in the evening. QDOBA could benefit from improving their inventory management and ensuring that popular items are available, especially during busy times. While the food quality is great, the service and availability definitely need improvement.

Feel like the only time it's acceptable to eat at any of these chains is when a manager is working because these kids be straight up lacking on ingredients making sloppy empties and smiling like 😃...the one pictured had as much meat as a taco bell soft taco; not much, all down the fold. Husband said something while they were being made and 3 out of 4 were fine with $9.45 size portions of everything...guess they didn't feel like fixing this one.

Former staff, never again customer.

Their biggest problems are that they mistreat and abuse their staff, and serve undercooked meat to customers. Highlights of this place include forcing employees to process ingredients out of a 200F with only thermalizer with their bare hands, pouring grease and oil onto the grass and public walkways around the restaurant, enforce dangerous working conditions by letting garbage and cardboard pile up in the back of house, the constant filth in the dining room that is never cleaned and the cockroaches that come and go in the kitchen, higher up management lying to and/or deceiving the staff, the assistant manager who attempted to sell me drugs on the clock, the general manager who openly would describe herself as a “psychopath”, and the regional manager who fired me because I had refused to cook shrimp and chicken at the same time (a health code violation due to shellfish allergen).

Do not eat chicken here, you are at risk of catching food poisoning. Several cases have happened here. As a former cook at this location, my position was always levied as I would be forced to serve undercooked and RAW chicken under 165F to customers in under short order. I do not imagine anything has changed since.

They seem to be facing staffing issues, once again, because regional manager Brian Miller and corporate see every employee as disposable and does not care about anything other than bottom-dollar profit. They just don’t care about anybody that isn’t the president on whatever dollar is passing through their hands here. Save yourself and make the...

The woman who claims to be franchise holder now, of this now doomed location, is a horribly nasty rude person. She instructs employees to be the same (I talked to them outside when she wasn't aware, and the employees told me, and parents of employees also triple confirmed the horrors and food danger, and said they were instructing their kids to quit immediately). The food is not safe to eat by any definition. I'm a long time Qdoba customer and this was horrible, I mean that you literally had to throw it into the garbage. I told them it could not be eaten and they yelled and screamed and the so called Chicken Queso Burrito was sloppily put together with awful portioning and the chicken was uncooked. So do not ever go here. It's dangerous to your health and they will do things to your food! Just believe me. I used to love this location. It's now garbage food, made by very dangerous people at this location (led by this very rude woman). I guarantee they will be out of business very soon! The food was wrong, cold, incorrectly cooked, incorrectly portioned, incorrectly packaged, and after trying to talk to them, and seeing the low levels of education, common sense, and restaurant skills, involved with the self proclaimed management/ownership, we threw the whole bag of food in the garbage when we got home, never got refund, and are very afraid of what they did to the food! Just believe me. Don't go! Save...

Amber the new assistant manager really let me down today I come here every day if not every other day the place of my employment also places a lot of huge orders here for our Saturday catered lunches and this was the first time I’ve ever been treated like this here I waited four minutes as for employees never took the time to greet me say hi to me tell me they’re gonna be one moment nothing to that extent I went in there for a simple order of queso and chips I have asked her for an extra bag of chips thing that my wife is pregnant and she said no problem sir that would be two dollars I’ve been here probably 45 times this last seven months and I’ve never been charge for the extra bag of chips so you lost my business over a bag of chips I know it sounds petty but sometimes customer service is more in Porten than a bag of chips thank you Amber for making my decision easy on where I will not be coming in the future! I feel bad even leave a review like this but it is what it is Service really sucked today And the last few other times I’ve been there it’s been about the same I’m not sure if you guys lost your manager because when he was there you...
