My family ordered $48 worth of food via Door Dash. First of all, we had 5 different containers with no labels to identify what was in the containers. Some of the orders, which went to non pork eaters, had fried rice (chicken with Chinese vegetables and Szechuan Beef). There is nothing in the menu description that states pork meat/pieces in the rice. So we had use the white rice with the 2 orders. I didn’t see any Szechuan chiles peppers in my Szechuan Beef, so I was a little concerned with the taste. I started eating my Szechuan Beef, which was not spicy. I continued to eat and found something in my food which looked like a shrimp shell, but after opening it, I found out it was plastic in my food. I completely lost my appetite. My family member called the restaurant to get a refund for this order, but was told he will have to go through Door Dash, which is ridiculous. What happened to customer service and food safety!!! If I could I would give Happy China zero stars. This must be the only Asia cuisine restaurant in this area. The food is not tasty. Our family will not purchase anything from this restaurant again.
