All around terrible experience. I would give this location in particular, a 0 star rating if I could. Went in to get new lines, and the guy asked to add a “ghost” line to “boost numbers” sounded sketchy. Then, I wanted to keep my old phone they ended up taking them without me noticing went back the next day to get them, Of course, gone to the warehouse. understanding how this works I said fine. Then after two days had more dropped calls than I ever did with any competitor. SERVICE IS AWFUL. So I canceled and spoke with a gentlemen on the phone that said since they had my old phone I could keep this one and just pay the difference. That’s reasonable I thought. A couple weeks go by and now I have a bill for the FULL price of the phones. Not right. I tried to contact this store manager who refuses to help me and when I asked for the district managers number was told he wasn’t going to even consider bothering his district manager over this. I've had so many problems with my iPhone 15 pro max & had lost WIFI service at the house. When it came back on, I had absolutely no ability to make phone calls or text among so many other issues. I received a message stating it was an issue with iMessage settings & eSim, just to name a few. NOR did I have ANY Cellular service either!
This was NEVER properly set up months ago at the Chesterfield location & was forced to upgrade from an iPhone 13 into an iPhone 15 Pro Max. STAY AWAY FROM CHESTERFIELD FOR CERTAIN & ANY OTHER T-Mobile LOCATIONS!!

Read moreI went in thinking I would switch and the girl working named " Chey" said my bill would be cheaper than my current situation all sounded good but I guess it's easy to be nice to someone when your getting their money . My first bill came in double what I was originally told I also was told I would get a 50$ MasterCard for signing up that day just to get an email saying I will no longer be receiving it then I call to cancel because my previous provider was cheaper and the customer service said return to the store where you made your original purchase so I did they said they can't return phones there and I need to go to a corporate store which is on hwy k so I leave and go there just for them to tell me they can't return phones either and I need to call customer service AGAIN .... so I do then customer service tells me to return it to the store which I purchased it at so after getting the run around I finally got to speak to a supervisor on the phone and got it worked out I will never use sprint again after being lied to about multiple things...
