Customer Service here isn't great. I know everyone's overwhelmed with busy work schedules and staffing shortages, but I don't feel this should excuse staff from doing their best to be helpful and even kind. To start with, the item I ordered online arrived with an anti- theft tag. I had the receipt, but the man at the register wouldn't simply remove it, and instead sent me to the back of the store to talk to customer service. Though I understand the problem wasn't "their" fault, it seems that at least one of the employees I worked with might have at some point apologized for the inconvenience? NEXT I had an additional issue with another online order, and again not an ounce of sympathy from anyone. Regardless of whether they could help me, a little kindness and sympathy would have been appreciated from the cold, unsympathetic staff! (Oh, and for the record, it was early in the day and there were very few customers, so this wasn't an issue of being too busy...

I was asked about the charge card and the answer was no she kept pushing the charge card and I kept telling her no no no. And even then after being told no several times she kept pushing about the card. However, the redeeming factor of that visit was Linda the super nice cashier that I absolutely adore. Read moreThe popcorn has gotten horrible since Marcus took it over it's smaller it's not as fluffy and there's more kernel there than popcorn. Also the seasonings you now have to purchase when they were free when it was a Wehrenberg Theater. And then to top it all off when you walk into the theater you can't see they have no lighting we walked in about 10 minutes before the movie started they were seating and we needed our phone flashlights to see...
