It is clear that OC Automotive truly cares about their customers from my experience! I took in my Mercedes for both a rattling sound and a check engine light. They were able to quickly identify both issues that could be present and thoroughly explained what the problems were, what the solutions could be, and the options available to me. Beyond the reasonable price and speedy repair that they provided for the rattling issue, what really blew me away was their recommendation on the check engine light. The mechanic identified what some of the potential issues were but instead of moving forward with a potentially costly repair, they informed me of an extended 15-year warranty on certain Mercedes models and recommended that I take my car to a Mercedes dealership first to see if the warranty applied. As it turns out, the necessary fix was covered under the warranty and I was able to get the issue resolved at no cost to me. Read moreA few weeks ago I had a screw in my tire and I called them to see if they could repair, the woman on the phone said yes, so my husband took it to them and at that time they stated it could not be patch but didn’t have the tire size on hand and that they could get it but not until Monday. As I was supposed to go out out town for a few days that’s wasn’t going to work and my husband called me, while they heard the conversation, they actually went above and beyond by going and picking up the tire somewhere, drove my husband home, went to get tire, then came back to get us! They did NOT and once they found an issue, they repaired it without asking me. $1,300 later and my car won’t start the next morning. The battery had died.
