To say I had a bizzare experience today it would be an understatement, I got my nails done and the service went fine, I asked for my eyebrows to be done,I asked the lady to just shape my eyebrows, before I was even finished explaining what I wanted she Interrupted me and asked me if there was something wrong with my skin, I told her no, she asked me 3 times if “everything was okay with my skin”, she got back with a mask and had looks of disgust,I was confused but i didn’t take it personal, and tried to explain what I wanted, she acted very confused and was talking nonsense telling me I was missing hair on my eyebrows (my eyebrows are THICK) ,I decided to not move forward with the service as she was acting very bizarre, I was not gonna let her touch me,I paid for my nail service, went to my vehicle, then I thought maybe somebody else could do it since I am attending an event and really needed my eyebrows done, I went back and asked if someone else could do my eyebrows as the other lady “did not feel safe with my skin”, as she asked 3 times, the man who did my nails and a young lady explained me no one else know how to do eyebrows and to come back Friday or Saturday since the lady who did my eyebrows previously only works those days, while this was happening the old lady tried to get in the middle of the conversation (didn’t put much attention idk what she was saying)I feel bad because if I had any type of skin condition I will let whoever is working in my face KNOW about my condition, this woman asked me 3 times,it is unacceptable and disrespectful, plus she was acting confused, interrupting me, it is sad since the man who cut my hair did an AMAZING job, I hope that lady takes a really good look at her face before trying to diagnose someone, this is what my face looks like,I was freshly showered. Nowadays making money is EXTREMELY hard, my money is gonna be spent where I’m treated nicely not disrespected.

I had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience at this salon. I came in for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and, I showed a clear photo reference of the nail design I wanted. I’ve never had any issues. However, the technician I dealt with today was immediately rude and dismissive, telling me I should’ve chosen my color before soaking my feet. When she began applying the a different color, I politely pointed it out and asked if she could do just simple pink color. She became visibly irritated, started talking about me in another language, and made it very obvious that she didn’t want to be questioned. I calmly said I didn’t want to continue the service and asked to speak to a manager. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, several staff members began shouting at me, surrounding me, and speaking over me — it was intimidating, aggressive, and completely inappropriate. I stood there asking, again and again, to speak to a manager — but was met with more yelling and hostility. Feeling completely disrespected and overwhelmed, I left and told them I was not paying for something I didn’t agree to or feel safe during. But they chased me outside, yelling and pressuring me until I paid $52 for an incomplete pedicure. I left shaking, humiliated, and angry. I have never been treated this poorly in any salon. This experience was not only unprofessional — it was aggressive and frankly disturbing. No customer deserves to be ganged up on and shouted at for simply asking for the service. I will never return, and I brought several customers. I will make sure none of them return to them either.

Easily the worst nail experience of my life. They argued with me and stated I had acrylic on when I walked in with my natural nails and had gel on. One of the women came over and started to lift my gel off my nails and peel it off causing extreme damage and pain (it's normal to soak and push off gel or lightly grind). I had to ask to not PEEL/forceably tear off the hard polish??? Half way through soaking me my nail tech walked away from me and started on someone's pedicure. I was left alone for 20 minutes even though 90% of my gel was already grinded off. They moved me to another woman who I then had to physically pack up my things and move across the shop. She then proceeded to use the heaviest grit grinder on my nails when it was clear the gel polish could've been removed by simply using a tool to push the gel off. My nails are cracked, scratched and now completely messed up after growing them out for 6 months. On top of that I then got talked into using dip powder and said I only wanted clear. After doing the most insane techniques I've seen I noticed the nails were not only pink but also huge and thick. She then proceeded to pour nail glue behind my broken nail and flooded the entire section behind my nail. I then told her to just take everything off and I would just pay for the gel removal. She couldn't understand that I had a huge amount of GLUE behind my nails and proceeded to wipe the front of my nails with dirty paper towel full of powder dip goo. I almost had a panic attack between the service and how disgusting and damaged my nails are now.

Usually I really like this salon they typically always do a good job. But my recent experience with them changed my mind completely and I will not be going back. I went in and asked for a pink and white ombre gel full set of nails. They said "typically 55$ but for you 50$" i showed them a picture of what I wanted and everything and they said they could do it. He comes back and asks from the samples of polish what pink I wanted. I said no the picture basically is pink powder with a white french tip it's just more blended so clearly they used pink and white powder on the nails to get that effect. So i said I Want pink powder he got me pink powder and than continued to do my nails. He did my full nail pink and I didn't say anything because sometimes they do that than scrape it off and fade in a different color like when you do glitter or something. He proceeded to use a sponge and white nail polish to get the "ombre effect" and personally the shape an everything was perfect but the effect he did looked nothing like what I showed him. They charged me 50$ and wouldn't listen to me and didn't understand my English when I said I didn't really like them. To avoid a fight I left. I went to work and showed my coworkers the picture and my nails and explained what happened and they told me for 50$ what they did was crap and I should complain. So after that I figured I'd go back and request them to fix it or give me a refund because it wasn't what I wanted and whatever if I have to fight them about it. I called on my lunch break and they said it was fine and sorry and to come in and they'd work with me to fix them or do whatever. I came in after work and talked to them and nobody knew what I was talking about or saying. I got treated very rudely and just told I had to wait for the guy to finish someone he literally just started and he'd redo them like the picture. I said I didn't have 45 mins to wait and than to take them off and completely redo it because that would take like 2-3 hours total. He walked away from me as I was talking. I called after him saying I'd be fine w/ a partial refund or a credit to come back at a different time when I had time. I was ignored. So done with bad customer service and not being able to speak English and know what I'm saying and asking for. Wouldn't recommend if you want anything fancy or special because they most likely won't understand you and than won't do anything about it after when...

I just returned an hour ago from my appointment, and I’m quite frustrated. I walked in with long nails and left with very short ones. The nail technician, a man, hurriedly filed my nails into a square shape, which I didn’t mind at first, but he made them much shorter than I requested. When I pointed out that I had asked not to shorten them, he not only ignored my request but also left my nails uneven. I declined his offer for nail tips, and when I mentioned that he hadn’t properly removed my cuticles, he got up and walked away in anger.

A female technician then took over, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the mishap. The staff was quite rude throughout the process. I asked for the owner's name, but they refused to provide it. I had come in for both my hands and feet, but after finishing my nails, the woman informed me that the technicians for feet had already left. I explained that I only needed regular nail polish on my toes, but she still denied me service.

Feeling disrespected and poorly treated, I paid and left. I’ve been a regular customer here for a while, and I’m shocked by how I was treated today. Typically, I request Jenny, but since she was off, I went with whoever was available. I’m very upset and disappointed by this experience.

New update: I am at the salon right now writing this review. I explained my case to the manager and he kept saying he was not here so he doesn’t know and that I came in late last night so maybe that’s why they couldn’t do my feet. Then why did your staff take my appointment if they couldn’t do both? They should’ve asked me to come at a later time. Again, the same rudeness. I just need my hands to match my toes and I am never coming here. The manager also insists that it’s my responsibility to remember the color on my hands. I have never heard this before. Do you ask all your clients to remember the number of the color? Or this disrespect specifically for me?. Very very sad to be...
