I'll be honest, I'm not thrilled to have to leave this review- but I feel like it needs to be said. Today I visited the Oak Creek location, my first time visiting an O&H Bakery, to pick up some Kringle for my parents.
There were two people working, and the older woman, who unfortunately waited on me, made me feel like I was bothering her by asking questions (i was the only person in the store). Now, I'm not one to typically complain about customer service, as long as you are semi-polite I'm happy. But jeeze, did I feel unwelcome today.
As for the Kringle, the Banana Creame Pie flavor was great. But the cheesecake flavor was pretty lackluster and I wouldn't buy it again.
My advice for the Oak Creek location would be to train your staff on how to make your customers feel welcome. I will not be returning to this location, though maybe I will take a drove down to Racine to give them a 2nd chance...
Read moreWe like to visit this location from time to time and have always enjoyed it. Our last visit was great with excellent customer service from a young man. Today however was very disappointing. There were no customers at the drive through and we were the only in-store customers waiting for service. The employee approached us at the bakery counter and quickly barked "do you need a few minutes?". We ordered our pastries and a coffee. I asked for a mocha and was told just as rudely that the machine was broken. No apologies or attempts to offer something simular so I didn't order a beverage. When my wife went to get her self serve coffee there was only one pot of coffee and one decaf. There are normally several choices of flavors. Very disappointing to experience such terrible customer from such a...
Read moreMy first time there and the lady who helped us was named Faith and she was so rude and not too friendly. Had to repeat the order 3 times and after asking what sized coffee she still didn't know the difference between grande and tall. Very short with conversation and asking which donuts we wanted I was about to walk out. We had just ran a winter 5k and were supposed to receive a free donut and when we asked what options her response was rude. First time and last time there and the pecan donut the only thing good about it was the pecans through the rest of it away. Oh and one of the workers said to her, hey faith you're doing ok. She replied yea yea yea as though she wasn't happy about being there. I see why you have a hiring sign you need to get rid of Faith she doesn't have good customer...
