Gotta be honest here.. I've been to this location many times, today was not their best. The girl who took my order at the counter was very friendly, the drinks prepared by the batista on the other hand are another story.
I ordered 2 iced coffees with Vanilla, 1 with breve and 1 with soy, and a passion tea lemonade. He seemed to pump a random amount of vanilla into each, not the 6/8 for the venti and trenta that I ordered, didn't pour any creme or milk into either drink and he didn't add lemonade to the tea.
I would normally say something about it to the batista, but he was distracted with his conversation he was carrying with the other employee the entire time he was preparing my bevs, and as soon as he handed me the last drink, he quickly turned his back to give his coworker his undivided attention.
I went 10 minutes out of my way to another location, explained my dissatisfaction with the drinks and they remade them for me. The visual side by side was night and day and the drinks were delicious. I know where I'm...
Read moreI've always liked this Starbucks & still do BUT I'm warning everyone now.....since the temporary closure of at least 8-11 Starbucks within a 6 mile radius, this location has been off the chain busy with a line of cars down the street on north ave. Not sure how fast it moves but I'll usually drive by to see how long it is & every morning I've checked it's the same...even late morning, so for me not the end of the world & I'll just go to the one that is open not far away.
Also a week ago u could order thru the app & just pick it up but they've since locked the doors so everyone has to go thru the drive-thru which is understandable considering the outbreak.
Anyway just wanted all you guys to know the situation with this location right now...again it's due to all the other closures & the drive thru only service. Oh & they also close at 3p right now so keep all this in mind if you decide to go to avoid...
Read moreEntered this location at 7am on the way to take my son to school. We have patronized Starbucks and this particular location many many times over the years and I've taken meetings there and met friends etc. On this day the staff told us that because I wouldn't buy something, my 3 year old child could not use the bathroom (it was an emergency).
Maybe more concerning is that when I called their corporate number to complain the representative doubled down on the same policy.
Probably close to a thousand dollars spent at this particular location and several times that amount to Starbucks itself, only to find out that their employees cannot tell the difference between when there is a need to uphold policy for the sake of community versus having human empathy for innocent children and the importance of maintaining relationships between staff and their long...
