I live in New York and trusted Hutch’s to come through in the clutch with new lenses on both of my Cartier frames! They were very busy during the holidays but helped me once the store was back to a normal pace of business. I worked with both chuck and the other gentleman who cuts the lenses and they helped me design the perfect shape and tint for my face. I expected them to be a little crooked because I wasn’t there in person for them to make them fit properly on my face. When I received them I brought them to my optician who straightened them out on my face and they look great! I highly recommend! I have put my trust in them and sent $2000 worth of frames that some greedy person could have easily kept. They did the job and overnighted them back to me with my old lenses in little bags along with hutch’s jewelry glasses cases and cloths. Prices are fair too! There is a reason why a lot of people shop with them. And you should too! They have excellent customer service!...

She lied about sending me information when she forgot and simply couldn't provide basic service. Long story short, the whole process was THE worst customer service I've ever had and I cancelled my custom jewelery order, days before the special occasion that I was getting it for. I will say, I was hopeful at first and felt good about things. The problem was the details getting lost later, people cutting me off on the phone, people continuously saying they would call me back about proofs and then leaving me hanging for days. I would have to call them back, get them up to speed just to get another wrong proof back and then starting the whole thing over again. This happened 3 times. Shopped at Craftsman and Rock City back during Northand Mall days, and so was hoping to find comparable prices/service to make this my new place for jewelry (when I seldom purchase it). Upon entering, got no greeting - just a "be with you in one minute" after standing there for a few minutes. I needed another pair of screw-backs for my diamond studs, and a gold anklet soldered after I yanked it off with my socks by accident. I figured by starting with something small like repairs/screw-backs, I could get a general idea of their service and inventory. They showed me exactly what I needed to see in five minutes or less - as soon as a well-put together man walked in (after me) with a gold chain needing to be repaired, they not only greeted him before the door could shut behind him, but they immediately serviced him and took his chain to the back.
