Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Oak Park

I went here one other time before. The gentleman that helped me and my boyfriend was great. Super nice and got us a great deal. Because we had such a good experience I went back today because now I need a new phone. He was not there. Someone else was. They are only allowing 2 people in the store at a time . Which is great. Thank you for doing that for everyone’s safety. But the least you can do is put a sign outside saying that , so that people don’t walk in and practically sit down before you tell them they can’t be in there. I’m not waiting outside for half an hr. I’ll go try my luck...

If I had known and done my homework first, and gone somewhere else, I would be a much happier customer. After all was said and done, I got 2 phones. I'm so mad right now. That I ended up paying 800 for 2 phones plus my bill is 10 dollars more. Never again. Totally lost out on the $195 model I had bought first. Total loss. And the final phone has a smaller battery so I am constantly recharging it. Something I was trying to avoid. The only thing that will make me take this down is if I get a total refund on both phones. Incredible experience, absolutely different than the store on Coolidge, as far from it as the earth is far from the sky 😂😂, this attendant was knowledgeable, kind, polite, very helpful, not only with me but with everyone else as well, I was watching and listening, this is a great representation for metro unlike the people on Coolidge.
