On February 16, 2025, at 12:58 PM, your 8801 W Nine Mile Rd, Oak Park, MI 48237 establishment committed theft. I attempted a $25.31 purchase (2 pizzas, Crazy Bread, lunch box). Your cashier, Noah, instructed me to retry after a "failed" transaction, resulting in two $25.31 charges ($50.62 total).
Manager Joshua admitted system failure, refused documentation, and denied the food despite double payment. He further confessed that his manager refuses to fix the faulty system, actively encouraging its use despite defrauding customers. This means the store manager and corporate have allowed the store to run while knowing about the fraudulent system. This is on record.
A $25.31 refund is beyond insulting. Little Caesars stole my money and my time and according to Joshua, you knowingly did it.
I demand an immediate return of all funds ($50.62), plus significant compensation for the wasted time, denied food, and egregious aggravation. A substantial gift card is the absolute minimum.
This is not a "glitch." It's a pattern of systemic negligence and blatant disregard for consumers. Joshua’s admissions expose corporate complicity in this fraud.
I demand an immediate investigation, a formal apology, and a concrete plan to prevent future occurrences. Respond immediately outlining your resolution, including specific compensation for my losses. Failure to comply will result in immediate legal action. Cease these deceptive practices. Implement a functional system and empower managers to resolve issues fairly. This incident demands a full operational review. Consider this my formal complaint. I will pursue this until a satisfactory resolution, including appropriate compensation,...
Read moreLittle Caesars is a well-known chain of pizza restaurants that provides a quick and affordable option for those looking for a quick bite. The restaurant is known for its "Hot-N-Ready" pizzas that are always available without the need for a wait.
The pizza itself is a classic thin crust, topped with a basic combination of cheese and tomato sauce. While it may not be the most gourmet pizza, it provides a satisfying and delicious option for those on a budget. The crust is crispy and the sauce is well-balanced, making it a good option for a quick and easy meal.
In addition to pizza, Little Caesars also offers a variety of other menu items such as wings, breadsticks, and salads. While these items are decent, they do not stand out as being particularly unique or exceptional.
One of the biggest draws of Little Caesars is its convenience and affordability. With locations across the country and its "Hot-N-Ready" option, customers can grab a quick and cheap pizza without the need for a wait.

Read moreRude! I pulled right up to the window and was asked if I would hold on a minute. Obviously I said no problem because this location is always sooo slow! So I’m used to it. I sat for 10 minutes+ as she counted change in the door and was just talking to other employees. Mind you there was actually a lot of employees there for once and the place wasn’t busy for once. I said “are you guys out of pizzas? I’ve been waiting for over ten minutes” she laughed and said no we’re not out of pizzas. She then shut the door and said “I was ignoring youuu”. I don’t think she knew I heard her through the window. Talk about horrible customer service and just plain out being rude!
I don’t ever write reviews or complain like this online. But when someone is that rude and ignoring you on purpose, it says a lot about their immature character. Nolan M was the name on the receipt. Not sure if that’s actually the girls name who was the cashier at the time but that’s what my receipt says. Whoever owns this location needs to step their game up. No wonder it has such a low...
