Ridgeland Common Pool — Local services in Oak Park

As a now-elderly person who has been coming to this pool for over 30 years, I still love it. It is not crowded when I arrive during the passes-only entrance period. Chairs were available. For those who are unsteady, one can enter the pool at the shallow end where there are steps & hand rails. The music system was not working when I was there, which was good. The only thing I don't much like about the pool is the loud, boring white-bread, non-diverse pop music that is played. But this is a pretty small quibble. The people that work at the pool...

We been living here in oak park for the last 3 years and we love the community all the activities the happen here. Every year we get our pass holder why cause we love ❤️ going to the pool every year. The staff the life guards are just amazing every person the work there...

Very nice pool. Especially for small children- great splash/wading pool for small kids. Can be crowded, but not always. Lifeguards are very good- alert and attentive. No big slides or wave pools, etc. So for adults and older kids, it's just...
