Subway — Restaurant in Oak Park

Attendant who fixed my order was rude and had a very bad attitude as he made my sandwich I ordered online...didn't get the order correct and argued with me about "why didn't I order the regular steak and cheese if I want it like that"...extremely dissatisfied with my experience here as well as the sandwich I paid for...won't ever go here again and probably won't eat subway again because this stores experience has happened at other subways more than I'd like.

1/18/23 John was the server who had the bad attitude...was just there and my sandwich barely has meat on it and he wants to argue with me about it has enough...my footlong has maybe 2inches of bread missing steak as I'm debating with JOHN...ridiculous definitely done...

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the behavior of an employee at your on 05/21/25.

During my visit, I experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from an older looking woman with glasses. I attempted to place my order politely, but the employee responded in a dismissive and curt manner. Not only was she dismissing, but herself along with other crew members were not wearing hair nets which is another problem. When I asked her if the wrap she was making was a foot long she responded in such a rude manner I should’ve walked out at that point but I did not. I’ll never visit this subway location again, and I’ll definitely notify the health department of the staff not wearing...

I VISITED THIS SUBWAY AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISPLEASED... I HAD A COUPON TO PURCHASE A FOOTLONG BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, BUT NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT BECAUSE THIS SUBWAY WOULDN'T EXCEPT MY COUPON... NOW THIS SUBWAY IS LOCATED IN OAK PARK, ILLINOIS; EVEN THOUGH THE COUPONS WAS DISTRIBUTED TO OAK PARK RESIDENCE... I WAS OFFENDED OVER OVER THE EMPLOYEES RUDE, NASTY, PREJUDICE PERSONALITIES!!!
