DOCK86 — Local services in Oakdale

I wasn't sure what to expect when I entered the new Hom/Dock 86 store in Oakdale...until I met Bob. Bob is the kind of guy you just want to sit on the patio with and have a cold beverage. He greeted us and asked us what were looking for. After informing him, he took us upstairs and unleashed us on the seemingly endless choices. After we made a decision, (no pressure from Bob) he asked a few questions about payment and delivery, and that was it. By far one of the easiest purchases we've made. Update: Eric let us know about a significant delay in our initial purchase and let us know about some alternate items that were available in store. Due to Eric's attention to our order, we were able to make an informed decision and cut out the long wait. How refreshing. The store is clean, well lit and well staffed.
