I have nothing but amazing things to say about Maya, Diego, and the couch of my dreams that they created for us. We loved everything about the experience of working with them and our couch is FABULOUS. Dream couch. Way better than any of the big furniture stores, online couch sellers, etc.

The showroom has tons of options and plenty to see in person. Lots of fabric swatches and they were able to walk us through what would be good for keeping things clean, etc. They were able to cut our couch to the inch, which allowed us to get exactly the size we wanted and need for our living room.

Cushion options are comfy and good quality. I wanted something that was stylish but ALSO extremely lazy girl comfy. I care a lot about what things look like, but it was still even more a priority for me to get a comfortable couch. Custom Sofa Co. totally delivered. I'm very happy with the couch cushions, which are comfy, the right size visually, and just all around great to sit and lounge on.

The price of the couch was perfect. Very reasonable for what we got from them and, honestly, almost too cheap when you compare it to the couches you can order online. My mom was shocked that we spent only about $2250 including delivery for a 9ft custom couch. This couch is so obviously good quality and comfort and the price was very very good. The warranty is also generous.

Delivery was very easy. The team they hired for us did a great job and delivery was a reasonable and fair price. Our couch was in our home in under three weeks from when we walked into their shop and ordered it.

Last but not least, I loved that we could work with a local, family owned business. It felt right and, from start to finish, this was a phenomenal experience. Get your couch...

I can't speak highly enough about my experiences with this business!! My wife and I recently purchased a new sectional for our home. We had felt somewhat pressured at other furniture stores. We couldn't find a model we liked on the floor of other stores, and felt like we would have to compromise what we had in our minds. Our first visit we met Diego and Damian (the owners), and they exceeded all of our needs and prior experiences. They showed us their floor models, and patiently showed us thousands of different custom designs from material, to comfort, to size we could select from. You truly can design a couch of your dreams, for a remarkably fair price. We decided to not make a purchase our first visit. When we returned two days later they instantly remembered us and were completely attentive and receptive to all our needs. The prices here were far better than any other store we visited, in addition to being custom tailored to our needs. We decided to make a purchase. Our couch was delivered promptly, and they called to make sure everything was perfect. For both my wife and I, this was the best experience buying any piece furniture we've ever had. There is something special about quality design mixed with an authentic family owned business. I feel grateful to support our local community. I will never buy a couch or sofa anywhere else besides Custom Sofa Co! THANK YOU...

I spent way too long looking online and visiting furniture stores and still couldn't find a sofa I was comfortable buying. Most looked nice enough online but after reading about how they held up or what they were made of I'd pass. The closest we got to was a world market couch but after sitting on it in store we noticed the cushions weren't removable and the back was pretty flat and offered no back support. As we were leaving my husband suggested we check out Custom Sofa Co. Maya was super nice and helpful and gave us space to look around the store. She asked us questions about what we were looking for and gave suggestions. I didn't realize how many options we had in terms of fabric + cushion firmness and even stitching. We were able to borrow swatches and see what they would look like in the lighting of our home. Buying a couch was suddenly exciting! We visited the store about three times and also spoke to Diego who was also very welcoming and helpful. We ordered our couch in October and were told it would be ready in about 6 weeks if the fabric we chose was in stock. It ended up being ready and delivered in under three weeks which was great! If you're even just thinking about getting a couch in the future I highly suggest you pay them a visit, can't recommend...
