we placed an order for a quince dress & the extra pieces needed (the crown, money box, crown cushion, the regular cushion, etc) and we saw there was a no refund which I understand but my aunt called the owner to let her know she no longer wanted the dress only the extra pieces because unfortunately we didn’t like it. and as mentioned we understand the no refund for the partial payment we left for the dress but the fact the owner would NOT sell anything to us unless we bought the dress as well is terrible. so long story short she kept the full 400 we paid that day and she won’t let us at least keep the pieces we paid for. so just please be cautious with...
