After I got the massage today and tipped the lady, she told me that it was too little and she wanted more money. I was considering coming back, but after that comment, I will no longer be returning. People should be able to tip how much they can afford, and it is very inappropriate and rude for you to force/directly ask someone to tip extra. That is how you lose a customer. Many people have commented on this issue on Yelp, and I'm surprised that you continue to treat customers the same way.
Not to mention, the lady did not massage me for the full 60 minutes that I had paid for (more like 50 and even then, it felt like she was buying time and not thoroughly massaging me - merely rubbing the surface on my skin). It would be more wise for the lady to not criticize the amount that I tipped and have a returning customer (that's another $60 in your pocket) than be greedy. I hope you learn...
