Family Flower Shop — Local services in Oakland

I ordered two flower arrangements for funeral services of a family member last week, and Family Flower Shop did a fantastic job from A to Z. Ivy the florist texted me to acknowledge the order receipt seconds after I completed my online order, she continued providing status throughout the process, the shop made beautiful flowers, the driver delivered in time, and they followed up to see if I have any questions or concerns. The price is also reasonable. What I like about the shop is that they are reachable and flexible. I called/texted Ivy a few times to ask more info before and request a few more things (addition/modification) after my order. She picked up my calls or texted me back right away, and everything was “no problem”. I’m happy with their services, and I highly recommend the Family Flower Shop to everyone. I had a great experience with Family Flower Shop. I ordered same day delivery and it was very orderly and straightforward. I also received email updates when the order was out for delivery and when the delivery was complete, which was great-- especially if you're sending flowers from far away! The delivery was to an office park and they didn't have any trouble buzzing in and making sure the flowers got to the right person. In the past, I ordered funeral flowers few times through online/ in person, all were pretty bad and not look exact the picture that I sent to the florists but this shop is different. This is the best flower shop that I have never been. I ordered the funeral flowers, they did exactly how the picture that I sent to them and their flower style skill is amazing. So, If you are looking for pretty flowers and trustable on their delivery AND the flower design, THIS IS the place! I very highly recommend this place and will definitely support this small business for flowers...
