Absolute worst experience at this place. I can't express how awful this business is. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go somewhere else.

The owner installed my speakers and took my money as fast as possible. I immediately noticed that the new speakers he installed sounded worse than my original speakers, not only that but now there's a terrible static/rattling sound whenever I listen to bass music. And! he lost some parts to my interior door frame after he reinstalled them so now they're loose in some spots. I reached out to them to follow up on these issues and they ignored my phone calls until I came back in person and they told me there's nothing they can do about it & just stared at me until I left.

Bottom line, the worst businesses are those who are quick to take your money and quicker to ignore you/brush you off if there are any issues. That's what you're going to find if you go to this...

Not only is the shop the only destination for real car audio equipment but the family-owned feel is comfortable and welcoming. On any given day you can visit the shop 2 browse around, shop or schedule service with any member of the family who all are knowledgeable friendly and genuine.
