Decided to try this new place. Not really authentic Pupusas. They are more like Salvadorean Pupusas with Mexican ingredients. They use pinto beans instead of black beans, the cheese they use isn't good quality cheese, and there ingredients proportion is off. I ordered revueltas and I might have well has gotten a bean and cheese because there was no chicharron in mine. Tasted like they used canned beans and not fresh ones. The best thing I liked was the Jamaica drink. Also, when we asked for Salvadorean Horchata, they only had Mexican Horchata which only confirmed they are not authentic.. The chips and Salsa were okay but the salsa tasted like it was also from a can and I could tell it was going bad. He told me that it was better to order them and get them fresh. So I sat down and waited and watched the women do their thing. They were like machines. And I mean that as a compliment. In less than 15 minutes, all 30 were done, piping hot. The owner even helped me load up the car. Took them straight to a potluck and everyone loved them. Kids, teens and adults.
