CVS — Local services in Ocean City

Total self check out. No one to help you. Pharmacy only open minimal hours. Pharmacy closes at lunchtime . Who else in America gets an actual lunch HOUR anymore?

CVS, which 30 years ago put a ton of mom and pops out of business saying they provided Convenience, Value and Service (CVS) is now a joke. Their prescriptions are more expensive than any other place. Their non-pharmacy items are more expensive than anywhere else. And now with total self check out there's no one to help you if you need something.

Lately I've noticed some smaller, Privately owned pharmacies are opening up. My research is showing they will provide better service at reasonable prices for me so I'm done with CVS. Back to Mom and Pop...

I just wanted to give a shout out to Maddie at the pharmacy. I've had major issues with getting my MMR shot that somehow is impossible to find or, even if available at other pharmacies, isn't covered with my insurance. In general, it seemed like it would be easier to give a birth to the triplets than finding a MMR vaccine these days. Maddie, on the other hand, took an extra step to deliver a great service - she simply ordered a vaccine for me and assured me that it would be ready in only two days. Well let me tell you it's a really nice pitstop if you haven't already stocked up whenever you left home , we r from West Virginia so it's a nice long drive from there to our sweet place on the beach with our asses in the sand but if you want to stop at CVS they take EBT food cards it's a real quick stop like I said the staff was really nice we bought little shovels there all kinda cheap like sand toys , also I could get ur medicines filled. they take all payments and they have all kinds of cold drinks they had all snacks beverages everything that I needed sunscreen you name it so love ocean city an there cvs is nice an...
