Christine at Park Place is so awesome!!! My husband took me to Park Place back in January to have the clasps changed on two necklaces. While there, he surprised me and told me he wanted me to look at new rings for our 25th anniversary. Christine showed me several rings but I didn't see anything I really liked. She then told me about designing my own rings-something I didn't know I could do. Within a few weeks, I sketched a picture of my design, and also emailed a few example pictures to her. She finalized the process, sent it to the jeweler to make and within about 2 weeks, she had wax replicas for me to try and approve. Everything was exactly how I wanted it! It took about 25 working days after that for me to get my rings. I had them use all of the stones from my original rings, and add new ones to make my new rings perfect. The ring set is absolutely beautiful!!!! Christine is extremely knowledgeable and listens to everything you tell her to help create your vision. She is super friendly to work...everyone at Park Place that we spoke to during this process were super friendly!!! If you want to design a piece of jewelry, Park Place is where to go, and ask for Christine. Even if you don't want to design your own, Park Place is where to go for all your fine jewelry needs!!!!

So we went in here, I was very excited I had never been out with my boyfriend before to buy any jewelry and we were approached by a man named Stephen, he was not very smiley to say the least when we started talking to him and his tone was very snappy and kind of rude towards us the whole time he was pulling out random jewelry I wasnt even looking at. We asked a price because we saw two different ones on a piece of jewelry and he said the price he quoted and was very kurt about it saying “that’s the price don’t question it”. And I swear when he was walking away with the ring I chose he said “oh lord”... like this is my first time in the store and I wanted to get a piece of jewelry I loved, I was in a joyful mood walking in the store but once we were acknowledged and helped by Stephen I walked out kind of upset we bought any jewelry from him. The women there were very nice and said hello, but this guy was definitely out there and not nice at all. Luckily, he wasn’t there when we picked up the piece of jewelry and I was happy when I had it on leaving the store. For a higher end jewelry store they should have very nice and considerate staff, especially for people who are new to picking out expensive and pristine jewelry.

FINALLY... Over 2 years in the making, I guess it's kinda my fault for originally getting my wife a completely custom designed & made engagement ring, her wedding band was originally a hearts on fire piece, and the company no longer makes that ring and the mold to remake it has been destroyed. Our past jeweler even reached out to the owner of hearts on fire for the measurements to remake it without prevail.. This year, after looking and calling multiple jewelers, in multiple states, we found one locally here in Ocean City Maryland, (Park Place Jewelers) that took measurements of her wedding band, and made 2 separate wax molds she could try on with it, once perfect, we moved forward with getting her 5 year anniversary band to make her ring a complete jacket. We went and picked it up tonight, and while we got dinner and her nails done, the jeweler soldered the new platinum band to the others. We absolutely love it! I couldn't be happier with the quality and the process we went through with Park Place. The entire process, attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. All of our future jewelry needs, and references to other will be Park Place!
