Sunsations 25th Street — Local services in Ocean City

As I was in the store for well over an hour while my 9 year old son was shopping for souvenirs with the money he earned to come on vacation I had to ask for help figuring out sizes which none of the employees knew how to do. Then granted my child lost his receipt but went to open his headphones that are kept in a locked case behind the counter they were smashed and didn't work. He really wanted the cheap overpriced headphones so I went back this morning (they were bought the night before yesterday) to exchange the broken ones for a pair that worked and weren't damaged & the manager wouldn't even hear me out. I come to OCMD several times a season for vacation and always spend a lot of money in your stores but after these experiences my family and myself will NEVER step foot in any of the Sunsations...

I visited this location while vacationing in the area, and I absolutely loved this souvenir shop. They have such a great selection of everything you can be looking for and at good prices. Since I am big on buying personal memorabilia and gifts from my trips, I was able to pick up everything I needed just from this store. I see some of the negative reviews about the staff, but I didn't have any issues with anyone, including the young lady who checked me out. Also, all the items were well maintained and organized. They have plenty of parking, which is a huge plus for anyone interested. Based on my good experience here, I definitely recommend checking this store out if you are staying...

Nothing in the store rings up what the displayed tag says and when you try to explain that at the cash wrap they just continue repeating the proce that scans. Had multiple shelves of 3 for $20 shirts but when you went to pay one select ones rang at the 3 for $20 price but since they don't honor the advertised price and just pick and choose you'll end up with a ticket that rings up to over $90 just by trying to do 2 sets of 3 for $20 shorts. Poor experiencebsince they don't honor their advertised prides and just bank on you spending whatever rings up since they don't care to understand and fix...
