I would never go back to this specific store or any sunsations store after my experience here. I bought a beach chair came back half hour later because felt it was poorly made after I sat in it at our hotel, and wanted to return it. When I returned I said I had just purchased this and I would like to return this chair, the girl said yes I know you just were here, I can only give you a store credit. I said I just bought it, I don't want a store credit, another lady jumped in and said store policy only store credit read it its on your receipt, I said i just bought it though, she didn't seem to care. guess what you will never get another penny from me or anyone in my family, there are plenty of other stores that sell the same stuff and have much better...

When your hours online say midnight, dont you think you should either change them or at least ensure your employees honor those hours? I walked in at 11:25pm and one of the employees behind the front register hollered "We are closing in 5 minutes!" I'm no math genius, but that's 30 minutes early. And I had JUST gotten there after a 15 minute drive for the specific purpose of shopping there based on the listed hours on Google. Oh well. I guess the girls working there wanted to go home. Thanks for nothing. I wont be coming back, that's for sure. But for other folks, change your online hours. Wouldn't have wasted my time had I known I was going to be rudely told...

The store has pretty much all the things... tons of sales for the frugal traveler... but buyer beware of inauthentic merch that is peddled there. Mainly, the Labubu knock-offs that are right up front waiting for the family member who thinks they just struck the motherload and spends $24.99 ($40 for 2) on the Lafoofoos thinking they're the real thing. That's where they lost the point from me. In all fairness - they do apparently have a sign, but I did not see it which is why my comments stand.
