Ocean City Square — Local services in Ocean City

I stopped in at the Coastal Highway T-Mobile in Ocean City Maryland to see if I could trade my wife’s Apple 13 Pro Max for a 16 Pro Max. Jorge greeted me and asked if I needed some help. I gave him the details and he was sorry to say that they don’t have them in stock. I was hoping that someone would assist me in configuring the new one so I knew that it wouldn’t happen on that day. Jorge informed me that a phone could be ordered on line from T-Mobile and have it delivered to my home in a few days. After walking me through the purchase procedure that I would encounter, including the special offers that were available, Jorge assured me that if I returned with the new phone, he would help set it up. In two working days, the iPhone was delivered so I set out for the store. I was greeted by Giselle and she informed me that Jorge was off that day but if there was anything she could do to help, she would. I was concerned, because the store looked busy and maybe they couldn’t get it accomplished, but Giselle politely told me that she would be happy to set it up. We sat down at one of the tables and I could tell at once that she was proficient and professional. In what appeared to be a short period of time, I was informed that the switch was made and everything was working perfectly. T-Mobile can certainly proud of Giselle and Jorge as they’ve proved that customer service is very important. This is the reason that we’ve been with them dating back to Sprint before they were acquired...

This was a small strip mall shopping center right on Coastal Highway in Ocean City. I stopped to go to Food Lion.

I'll start by saying I am not a big fan of Food Lion in general. In Northern VA, you don't find many food Lion and they seem to be a cut below the other grocery chains in the area.

This Food Lion was decent. Certainly nothing bad. It was clean, well organized and was a good shopping experience.

LOVE this store! Great prices, and pretty much anything you could need. Huge selection of items from name brand to store brand. Their rewards program is EXCELLENT and really saves you a ton! We went in for a few random things - one roll paper towels, one 4 pack of tp, garbage bags, and 5 suckers. Total after rewards/savings ended up being 97 CENTS!
