I love shopping here! They have excellent produce at great prices! The produce selection is very consistent with added items that seem to vary. It's always exciting to see what new items they will have in store. They have the best prices around too. I primarily go for good salad and produce and then all of the random odds and ends that come and go. It's a little tight in there when there are multiple shoppers, but if you go during a weekday it's usually pretty empty. They usually have some vegan friendly salad dressings, tofu, dried fruits/nuts/seeds, cliff bars, luna bars,and on occasion daiya Mac and cheese. I haven't seen any faux meats or cheeses other than that yet, but you never know! They do also offer a wide variety of spices and soy curls. In a residential area of mixed incomes, and diverse backgrounds, this store is possibly a life saver for many who can’t travel an hour and a half to Olympia, or afford to shop locally at inflated prices. While you can’t do all of your grocery shopping here, they do a great job keeping fresh produce, dairy, cereals, snacks, candy, and a little bit of everything to get you by, at the lowest prices around. Love this store. Great value and stretches the food budget while getting to try things other stores don't have. Selection varies so we stock up when we find something we like. If you are looking for vegan goodies you can often find some great sauces, treats, and packaged goods. Best prices for local produce too, with some organic available. Most 'best by' dates are a trick played on us by manufacturers pushing good food into landfills, stale does sometimes happen but 99% of what we buy here is perfectly great.
