Please be mindful! My friend brought a Crystal to be identified ended up missing by the time we left, distracted by everything in the store also was very trusting of person in the store. The only other person to touch the Crystal beside me and my friend. She was the last person to touch it while she was fiddling with her phone to look at it. Overall very weird experience. We bought so much from this store. We had fun and felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. If it wasn't for that we probably wouldn't have bought so much. I found some great stuff even though I was looking for Hanks of beads and they didn't have any. They have larger pieces but I still loved what we found. My mom bought two custom order necklaces from here in full with shipping in November and despite multiple attempts of contacting them about her missing orders from multiple platforms no one answers or so much as reached out to try to resolve the issue.
