I have used Quality Tint in Ocean Springs on two occasions. I’ve had tint removed from a previous vehicle I owned that was installed by another outfit and tint recently installed on my front windows on the G-wagon. The tint install was performed by Tom. This guy is a perfectionist and has a great work ethic. The time which it took to do the procedure was right around one hour. I was also given a military discount when it came time to pay, which I appreciated. I would recommend Quality Tint & Accessories to my friends and family. UPDATE: December 2nd. I went back for a partial vehicle wrap and tint on the front bumper cover, front DRL lights, rear taillights, rear fog lights, and the spare tire cover in gloss black to match the rest of the vehicle paint color. Once again I had Tom perform the work and I was absolutely astonished by his skill set and attention to detail. Tom was also assisted by one of the owners in wrapping the spare tire cover. They did a fantastic job. My appointment was for 9AM and everything was done by closing. I even helped Tom prep some of the components as I had to remove these items off the G wagon at my request. That day they were very busy so I bought the guys pizza as Tom worked through lunch. I even found the time to put up their Christmas tree while I waited. It took awhile for the material to show up at the shop to do the wrap on the spare tire cover, but it was worth the time as the workmanship justifies the wait. I was out of town on the day my 16 year old took his car to get his windows tinted. I had asked in advance before scheduling my appt if they did military discount and they said yes. I gave my son the money to get his windows tinted as his birthday present and told him not to forget the discount as I gave him the amount for the discounted tint. As soon as his card got charged I saw that the discount wasn’t applied because my son forgot to mention it. I called and spoke with the owner about the situation and at the time he was very nice about getting my son the refund. My son couldn’t go there for the refund until a week later because he goes straight to practice after school. He was able to go today because practice was canceled and the owner told my son rudely “I should of told your Mom no for a refund” and then after giving him the $20, added again rudely “don’t spend it all in one place kid”. For you to say you tried to make me happy is untrue. I explained to you that re-tinting the passenger side window to correct the "flaws"..like you did on the driver side... would make me happy. You REFUSED to do that. I had to return 3 times because the first 2 times your employees did a horrible job. The "flaws" as you called them, may seem minor to you however are a big deal to me. I can post pics of these "flaws" if you would like. This vehicle is going to be gifted to someone so I wanted to enhance it (tint, paint job..etc).Your employees stated satisfaction guaranteed which is so untrue. Customer satisfaction clearly was not provided.. As for the vehicles age...I have another Lexus, much older, that was recently tinted elsewhere... which turned out fine with no excuse from that tint company about the vehicle's age.
