The woman who took our order, with the blue hair, was awesome! She was super nice and took her time explaining the menu and taking our order. All of the boys who gave us our ice cream were also very nice. However, a woman with short brown hair had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I asked for one scoop of cappuccino in a small cup with caramel syrup on top. She handed me a cup with half a scoop of cappuccino and half a scoop of salted caramel ice cream and told me I wasn’t allowed to do that, that they did it for me this one time but in the future that’s not how it works. I told her I actually only had one scoop of cappuccino and it was supposed to be caramel syrup on top, but that it didn’t matter and it was okay. She rolled her eyes and told me she could just put the caramel on top but that it was too much stuff in a small cup and that’s the whole reason why they don’t do complicated orders like mine. All I had was one scoop in a cup with syrup on top, that’s not complicated. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Although they messed up my order, she treated me like I was stupid. After I told her it was fine and I was okay without the syrup, she rolled her eyes and continued to act like it was my fault they misunderstood my order. Great Ice cream, BUT I had an issue here and nobody made effort to accommodate. I was told they don’t have cookies and cream ice cream but could add Oreos to vanilla ice cream I asked could they blend that together to make it as cookies n cream she said yes of course and proceeded to take the order. when I got to the window to receive that it was just a scoop of vanilla with Oreos on top. I told her this is not what I agreed to I asked for it blended and the other girl said “we don’t do that here” I’m like so why would u tell me that y’all could.
