Every Friday night we order pizza.
Not going there again. The first time was great.. The next 3 times there were minor mishaps (Very little extra toppings, forgot to make the pizzas and we waited 40 mins, didn't accept coupon).. Tonight we ordered a 2 topping pizza at 5:15. Got home 5:45, it was a plain cheese. ASHLEY said we had to bring it back in so she could verify they messed up and she would make a new one. No thanks. We brought it in for a refund & to add insult to injury, as we are walking out she asked if we wanted to take the (now cold) pizza home.

Tom's Extreme Pizza cares about their customers. We will be sticking with them from now on!
Reply to Dale: Yes, my husband said that "company policy" on having to drive the pizza back in, to verify said mistake, before making a new one- Is bull$h!t
Yes, you offered us a new one (Not over the phone though like a normal establishment would) but at the point when were at the register for a return.
A busy Friday is understandable.
But the attempt of backpedaling by offering to send us off with a hot pizza & the others cold, with a refund - all whilst kids are waiting for dinner... Is asinine & the reason said fiasco ticked us off enough to leave this review.
Again, no thanks.
Next time, let a customer know you wanna make it right, before they drive back in hangry and ticked (In the busy Friday...

EDIT!!!! UPDATE: After an awesome experience, we decided to order for pickup.
Food was 40 minutes late. Wife called, confirmed they were cancelling the order. It was a third party delivering, so not the businesses fault.
Problem is, we were delivered the food after the manager advised it was cancelled.
We were provided an incomplete order and a cold pizza and pasta, which is why we asked (and confirmed) to have it cancelled.
Called the restaurant, spoke to the assistant manager. Advised the manager that he was supposed to have cancelled, he was on speaker phone with my wife and I heard him say it would be. He said the conversation between him and I is handled, nothing more to discuss. I said, that there is because we asked for the order to be cancelled and he confirmed it would be. We got cold food we were delivered and it wasn’t even correct. The guy hung up on me! Mind you, I was being polite. I’ve been in retail, im respectful.
I call back, they answer the phone and leave it on but don’t answer. They just have it on so I can’t talk to them and can’t call back in.
What an absolute joke. This is how you handle an issue?!

Their cheese steaks are the best I have found and I have searched. The bread they use is the same bread that I am used to from NJ, so that makes them even better. They make my food the way that I like, (I used to run a pizza/pasta restaurant in GA) and they use quality ingredients. I have gotten to know one of the owners and several of the staff and it is in my general opinion that they really care about their customers. They have been nothing but accommodating to me. Every time that I eat here, it is great. Usually 1 pizza per week and one cheese steak, weekly. Hard to stay away when you can eat here, get better quality food and be more satisfied than ever eating in a fast food place, all for around the same price.
