i’ve been here a handful of times- it’s a no frills, get what you pay for, kind of salon. everyone who works here has typically been an absolute pleasure, however, i came for a pedicure earlier this week and left with a wound from the technician not paying attention as she was scrubbing my foot with an exfoliating pad. big time ouch. i was bleeding and had about a pea sized hole on the side of my foot. she was apologetic and gentle in caring for it but i haven’t been able to wear real shoes for the past week 🫠

which is why i’m now writing this review. i generally don’t make a fuss out of things because mistakes happen but the fact that i cannot wear real shoes is a real hindrance to my daily active lifestyle.

i’m kind of surprised they didn’t even offer any sort of discount to make up for the pain inflicted.. in fact, i had actually reached my punch card discount on that visit ($5), they charged me full price ($55) before they saw i had met the discount requirement and still wanted to charge me full price saying i could use the discount “next time” 😅 which i’m not sure there will be a next time after leaving injured… so i insisted they refund and start over and could tell they were none too...

Love love love this nail salon!!! I have an exceptional experience at Purelux Nail & Spa in Ocean Springs…from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The salon was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, making me feel relaxed and pampered.

My nail technician, Nick was truly talented and attentive. He listened to my desires and offered expert advice to create a custom look that exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and precision were impressive, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

The services were top-notch, and I was blown away by the quality and longevity of my nail treatment. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional service and high-quality products used.

My first time coming in was great . I thought the price was right the service was great . So 2nd time I went and brought my mother along to get full service. Feet were good my polish looked good my moms was not very well painted . I got my nails done and the same day paint started to chip . We spent about $200 for 2 set of feet and 1 nails. I called the next day about the chipped nail polish and I was told it was something I did to it . Haha haha . Anyways I went back 1 more time June 29, 2019 . Received A pedi with French tips . End total $60 . ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. My feet felt great for an hour but my polish looks like a 12 year olds job. I asked for the pink tinted top coat and of course she did not use it . I paid extra for crooked white lines on my toe nails . I’m sure if I was to let them know about this issue they would say that I moved the polish in my toe nails . Smh . I will not Ever go back...
