My daughter has cheered for 7 years at two other major Worlds and Summit winning gyms in the country. After experiencing years of coaching abuse, rampant gossip and bullying, and disorganization, my daughter decided she was through with her favorite sport. After hearing good things about Top Gun Orlando, she decided she was ready to try again. I admit I was skeptical. The year started off good, and my daughter was slowly building her confidence back up. The true test came when they started having coaching issues. The owners, Anni and Roger, dealt with the situation in a way that Fortune 500 companies would envy. They were open and upfront with the parents and worked expeditiously to rectify the situation. They took into account the opinions of the kids, parents and coaches, then came up with a solution that was decisive and advantageous for the team as a whole. To this day, I couldn’t be more impressed with the way they have handled every aspect of running a world class gym. The professionalism and class at Top Gun Orlando...
Read moreThey need your money, not interested on your kid. This is my personal experience, hopefully not the same for everyone. we paid for try out on line and were given an appointment for Memorial Day at 4 pm. Weird. I called to confirm and someone at the phone answered the date should be right if the system gave it to me. OK Memorial Day 4 pm. Gym closed. No one answer. We missed family reunion for nothing. I called them following day. The did not apologize but reschedule for Friday 4 pm. Friday. Gym open. But nobody knew about us. A trainer was called but we needed to wait for 50 mins for him to arrive. After tryout they apologized again. Owners are not in town and we cannot give you a tour of the installations. My kid was assigned to Junior 1 and we should pay asap. Spots are limited. I asked to talk to the owner or person in charge first. I was given an email address. I emailed the lady. Anni McClellan No answer...
Read moreThis gym is a disappointment from top to bottom. Practices are chaotic, competitions are confusing, and communication is often childish and unhelpful. The excessive spending on uniforms and constant travel is honestly ridiculous—especially considering the mediocre quality of their branded gear. While payments are enforced without flexibility, families who fall behind are denied access with zero empathy. Injuries are brushed off, with blame placed on the kids rather than coaches taking responsibility. My daughters deserves a program that’s organized, supportive, and values both families and athletes—not just their wallets. This place needs serious improvement before I could ever recommend it. In fact I am personally never going back. After thousands of dollars spent. I expected more from this mom and pop gym, but wait of course that's expected from self employed...
