Fancy Nutrition / Smoothie/ açaí/ Herbalife — Restaurant in Ocoee

Over 2 weeks ago I decided to purchase a protein shake from this location. I notified the lady that I had a severe nut allergy to all nuts and she notified me that the shakes don’t come with any Nuts in it. A few mins after drinking I had a severe nut allergy. I decided to go back the next day ask to see what she put in my drink and she showed me , it was a bag of granola that stated mixed with almonds. I notified her I am severely allergic to all nuts and she felt bad and apologized. She also admitted that she was never trained in how to make orders for severe allergies. She remade my drink but yet again i had another allergic reaction to where I lost my voice for a few hours. The workers are so sweet but i do not recommend this place for those who have any form of nut allergy as it is unsafe since the workers are not trained in cross contamination with allergies and severe allergies. And also there is a language barrier in reading. The employees are Spanish speaking and I am a native Spanish speaker so I was able to communicate. As a local travel nurse I'm always looking for places where I could enjoy a healthy meal and get some energy without buying energy drinks that besides the huge amount of sugar will also affect my heart well today out of the multiple herbal life wonderful places I've been so far I could say this is one off the great ones service was a 5 star mega tea was super delicious I had a waffle wich besides tasting so delicious it was good enough to keep my stomach nice a full all day but that's not enough I've also decided to buy some protein mini doughnuts and protein cookies wich I had the opportunity to try when I got home and OMG the were delicious I know it sounds to good to be true but I just need to let all those healthy eaters and herbal life lovers like me that this is the spot to go I really hope to visit...
