Head to Toe Spa — Local services in Ocoee

Okay so I literally just left this spa, honestly I came here for the reviews it was a gift from my fiancé for my birthday. I got the 30 minute foot rub, 30 minute back room. When I came in it was really quite nice spa vibes, nice spa music. They did ask me to pay upfront which I thought was a little strange, but two other guest came in and they were able to pay after.

Anyways my appointment was at 4 pm, I arrived at 4:02 with my fiancé, had to go to the bathroom to change, so I didn’t start my massage until about 4:10. My fiancé waited for me in the waiting area. So the lady massages me, she starts and asked if I want coconut oil, I said yes, she told me she needs 10$ for the oil…. So that was really disappointing. So I declined , she then rubbed me with some thick type of substance but it wasn’t oil. The massage honestly was good and she was really nice, but I couldn’t relax because she kept getting up every 5 mins to talk to her husband I believe

. There were other customers there so she kept going back and forth , talking loudly while massaging me… hard to enjoy and relax when you’re hearing loud conversations in different languages the entire time, also there was these two ladies who came in for some type of service but they were loud the entire time talking and this is supposed to be a spa… not once did the owners ask them to quiet down hey it’s other guest here nothing, LASTLY,

I’m giving this type of review because I couldn’t even get out of the chair good, before she asked me for a tip. I told her I didn’t have cash I can go next door to get cash, she told me no she can take it on my card, it was really like aggressive and shovey. If someone is going to leave a tip let them, don’t try to bully them into leaving a tip . I honestly don’t think I’ll be back, plus it was my birthday. I don’t know if I came on the wrong day or what but if u want to relax and get a massage in peace and quiet this place...

I waited a week or so to post this because I needed to get my thoughts together. The only thing I could think when I left was that I've never had a more chaotic experience in my life. My husband called prior to book a couples massage and we got there, checked in, repeated countless times we wanted 60 minute, not 90 minute. We got led back to the room, which is generous considering it was a partition right next to the front lobby, not a room. We had 2 women come in to do our massage and 3 minutes into pur massage someone came in the door (LOUDLY) because we were right next to the front door. We heard their entire conversation and then the gentleman who works there came in and took my lady masseuse to do the new customer and he stayed and did my massage. Not only was I not ASKED if I was okay with it, but there was no apology either. I will say he was kind and did a decent job with my massage, minus sticking his fingers in my ears (weird). During our massage someone else was walking around, knocking things over, turned the music off, more customers came in and my guy masseuse LEFT 3 TIMES to tend to them, leaving me laying there wasting my time that I've paid for. I was so upset I could barely focus on relaxing. By the time it was over I was so frazzled I couldn't believe it.

When we were getting dressed I noticed a camera pointing directly into our room probably catching us naked. Then to top it off they tried to charge us MORE than what was listed on the wall until we physically pointed at it. I'm so dissapointed by this experience. Can not recommend. They seem like nice people but very disorganized, very broken English and hard to understand as well as clearly understaffed. The camera thing should be...

My wife and I recently treated ourselves to a couples massage at Head to Toe, and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming.

David and Amy were our massage therapists, and they were absolutely phenomenal. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and thoroughness. They didn't rush through the session but instead took their time to focus on all muscle groups. Their skilled techniques targeted tension points I didn't even realize I had.

The couples massage was an excellent experience from start to finish. Being able to relax together in the same room while receiving top-notch massages created a wonderful shared experience that left us both feeling completely rejuvenated.

By the end of our session, my wife and I were in a state of pure relaxation. The stress we had been carrying simply melted away under David and Amy's expert hands.
