Ok. In a busy restaurant about half full of customers, is it acceptable to to tell someone who rolled into the store in a wheel chair and your employee yelled at the top her lungs, “sir you need to have working legs and walk into this location” and bring unwanted attention to someone who is, Visually different then the norm? Ok how is it Acceptable to do this with someone not wearing a mask? Your Employee seen a physical trait that was considered different then normal in today’s day and age. When I walked into this location, I did not get a greeting, or like most of the time, silence until I order food. When I walked into this location, my greeting was a employee yelling at me loud enough that people in the parking lot probably head her clearly. “Sir you have to wearing a mask to be in here”. But I wasn’t walking out I had more then 6 feet of distance in every direction. Well she continued to repeat herself like I and everyone on the block couldn’t hear her the first time. But added “it’s on the door sir”. So I asked her a simple question. “Do you want my Business or not”. I had to repeat it three times, probably because her ears were ringing like every one else in the restaurant. Her response was “ No I want you to wear a mask”. There is more but this already long winded. And the sign on the door is so small Unless your looking you won’t see it. And it does not say that mask are mandatory or else, it asks to were one. I will never, step foot in this location again and it will probably affect subway as an option...
Read moreWent the the one in West County in the parking lot with Walgreens and the manager was so rude asked for the Mexicali and she was like what do u want on it I said th way it comes she acted like she didn't know orbit was a bother to her. I've been to this location several times and they are never nice especially the manager I would have gotten her name to report to corporate but she wasn't wearing a name tag. You would think I would learn from past visits so clearly the owner of this establishment doesn't care how his employees test his customers. Absolutely will not be going back but they don't care and...
Read moreThis Subway has the worst management I have ever seen. Only one I have been to that is always out of ingredients, out of three times I’ve been to this one in a month I’ve only gotten to order once. Tonight I saw six other people walk out besides us in ten minutes, so I know that y’all are losing money because of the sales that are walking out the door!! I understand being short handed but not constantly running out of ingredients. I was told the Mayor of Odessa owns this establishment, I hope he doesn’t run this town like this Subway is run, that...
