Very rude Staff not helpful at all I was standing there for 30 minutes and there was nobody at the register or anyone in sight a lady from the perfume area had to track down the girl and when she came to the register she gave me attitude the whole time all I wanted was to get 2 charms put on my bracelet she put one of them on backwards I didn’t even bother to say anything and I have lost charms before I can tell they’re not gonna hold up for long I will be going to the James Avery store from now on I don’t understand why get a customer service job if you hate...

I have lost 5 of my charm bracelets and have taken my charm bracelet back multiple times because they do not know how to put charms on correctly. Now I drive 30 minutes to midland to get my charms done. Extremely disappointed. Staff is not very knowledgeable and definitely need a change or they’ll...
