I swear, At Home makes it so hard to spend money! I needed some furniture for a job, and got an email that said if I purchased anything I would get a free 3 wick candle. I knew what I needed so thought I could get this done in 20 minutes tops, and still get back in time to watch the debate. The store, especially the furniture area was a hot mess. Most of the boxes didn't have pricing on them, them aisles were so tight you couldn't get a cart down most of them, and of course there was no one in sight to help you. I went back up to the checkout area where the sales associate was surfing on her phone - I guess not a busy day. She said that she would send someone back to help me, and of course it was the nicest, most petite person in the store which had to schelp furniture and climb ladders to get pricing on her own. She was definitely the highlight of the visit. When I went up to check out, the sales associate kept ringing it up wrong, and even though I am tax exempt she kept charging me tax. When I asked for the manager, she shared that they changed their system and everyone had to re-enter all of their information. After an hour, I finally got checked out, without my candle because I had to bring the "coupon." Even though I am part of their program and they know every item that I buy (a lot!) they weren't willing to give me the stupid $9.00 candle which I didn't even want, but it was yet a part of a very disappointing experience. I love shopping with At Home, and as a designer and stager they can be a one stop shop when I have a lot to buy. But experiences like this make me question why I...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreCurbside pickup is not available at this store. Placed an order on 5/1/2020 for pickup. Per the At-home website and the confirmation email there was curbside pickup available. No where in the email did it state a date that the items needed to be picked up by. I drove in from Midland to pickup my items, today 5/4/2020. Per the email there is a number listed and instructions for curbside pickup. I did as the email said, no response from the number and no one came to bring out my order. I called the number listed on google only to be told to go inside and that theyād meet me at the front register. Still had to wait a ridiculous amount of time and left feeling exposed as I did not bring my mask because again -CURBSIDE- pickup was what sealed my decision to place an online order from this store. Also, right at 4 days they will cancel your order. Huge FYI on that as well as thereās nothing stating that on their order confirmation page on-line or the email they send out when your...
