Yogurt Me — Local services in Odessa

I came here for the first time to try frozen yogurt & got the smallest cup and it came out to 10.00 and I didn’t even fill it up all the way smh. Then when I did try the yogurt it had a gross texture and after taste, tasted like sewer water. When my husband asked for a refund the owner LUIS got defensive and started yelling at my husband. I then came into the store because a crowd of customers had starting circling. The owner was still screaming at my husband then I stepped in and said I’m the one that wants the refund because it tastes spoiled. He was being aggressive then he said I’m calling the security and the police, so I waited for the police to arrive. When they got there he started lying and said she sent her husband in to yell at me instead of coming herself. I told him first off it doesn’t matter who comes in FOR ME, 2nd don’t lie and say I sent someone to do something because you’re upset. He said the yogurt isn’t spoiled & I’m not giving your refund. Then started being more verbally aggressive infront of the officer then at one point he came around the counter and pushed himself between me and the officer, I had to tell him you don’t approach a woman in that way! The officer had to tell him two times to calm himself down. Long story short he refused a refund and got mad that I left the spoiled yogurt on his counter. He said you need to throw the yogurt somewhere else in a trash can, and the officer laughed and said sir I can’t make her throw it away. Overall horrible experience, even the lady that was there looked like she didn’t want to help me in the beginning when I asked about pricing. Seems like his business is doing bad for him to cry over $10.00, and the workers from Dillards told me they use regular Odessa water and that there pipes were shut off when the water went out for a week that’s why no one goes there anymore because it tastes like sewage. I would have liked to have known that before going in but from other reviews it seems like otheres have had a bad experience...

I was getting change as a favor to someone and decided to go in here cause I wanted some yogurt anyways and was going to get some even if I didnt get change, however the guy behind the register was very aggressive towards me first when he asked "what do you want?" And then after he said he didnt have change hurrying me to leave in a very aggressive tone, after that I obviously left without buying cause why would I spend my money on an establishment where men talk...
