Her and the gentleman working with her, I can’t find his name, but I walked in he took me straight to the men’s wedding bands! Found the perfect wedding bands and the went to bracelets! She pulled a brand new one they got! Beautiful! She surprised me to tell they were 50% off! Just a bonus but her customer service, I was hooked!! Read moreHorrible customer service, everyone seems lost. It seems like only one person knows what they are doing. Last week my wife and I went in to get her a wedding set. We saw a set my wife fell in love with. We spoke to a sales associate about purchasing the ring and she told us that if we opened an account we would get 10% off our purchase and that if we waitied until Dec 14-18 the rings would be 25% plus the 10% off for our first purchase with our account. On the 14th we went back and when we went to purchase the rings, we were told we couldn't do the 25% plus the 10% because we had to purchase the same day as we opened the account. We explained that one of the associates told us we could. Long story short she told us we couldn't get the 10% and there was nothing she could do. She didn't try to help us whatsoever so we left and didn't purchase anything from them. Don't waste your time...

Comments like( this will take me all day) ( this is our busy season I am losing money) ( asked another girl if she would split her sales because I will be working on this customer for hours) . This is only a few comments that I had to listen to. I have never been treated this way way before. Thought my jewelry inspection would show that I have been a customer for a long time. Almost makes me wonder why I would go back to Kay jeweler’s again. Then another sales person offered to take over for Renee and my visit was a complete turn around.
